WordPress is just as useful as Post-It Notes. Anything you care to write down on the yellow stickers can be done, perhaps, more effectively in the Content Management System.

This comment relates to the blogspot as well. And Clipmarks are possibly the most accomplished tool for the same purpose, which unlike others recognizes its nature and purpose.

Use blogging if your style of writing is that of making infrequent random and short notes as if on the loose notepad sheets. If, however, your textual output is a bit more structured and involved, or simply doesn’t fit the visible size of input text field then try to find something else. But what?

Snapshot feature in wordpress is amazing.

I’ll keep the lemonpress’s “yellow sticker” look an feel as my sticky note board, but I should really consider a different blog with different skin for the main content on the Home page.
